The coffee tastes of stone fruit, flowers, citrus and chocolate biscuits. The current roast is a washed Heirloom from the Yirgacheffe region. It is ideal for brewing on Hoop, Pulsar, V60, batch brew, Aeropress or other filter brewers.
The barista recommends pouring 100°C water over the coffee, as higher temperatures due to possible "burning" of the beans is a myth. It is roasted at 600 °C, so you have no way to "burn" the beans. For filter coffee, it is best to use the beans no sooner than 7 days after roasting.
After first opening the package, let it air out for at least 4 hours before brewing to avoid bitter notes in the flavor.
