Michel Cluizel Chocolate Factory

The family chocolate factory in Normandy in the north of France was founded in 1948 . Michel Cluizel systematically searches for unusual plantations in countries renowned for producing quality cocoa. It establishes long-term relationships with them and pays them above-standard prices. As a result, it gains control over the premium quality of chocolate beans . This cooperation gradually resulted in a unique line of plantation chocolates Le Premier Cru de Plantation .

Cluizel also produces over 200 kinds of chocolate truffles , ganaches, macarolats and chocolate truffles by hand.
