Coffee has a slightly cinnamon color and has a pleasant acidity. The body of the coffee is not as strong and distinctive as the higher roasting degree.

Ethiopia, located in the African Horn in East Africa, is the country where the very history of coffee began to be written. Origin of coffee : In the Sidamo region, located in the southern part of Ethiopia, small farmers take care of the cultivation and production of one of the most interesting coffee in the world at an altitude of about 2200 m above sea level.

Taste : Sidamo is a typical soft and full flavor of chocolate fullness, accompanied by an intoxicating and deeply spiced floral aroma with grape flavor. The body is lighter and beautifully velvety. Every sip of this luxury coffee captures a mild citrus aroma. Coffee is appreciated for its pleasant fruity acidity.
