Deiro Garcia is one of the most innovative farmers in Colombia's Huila region. Deiro is a big fan of the Harry Potter books and movies and combined with his passion for fermenting coffee, he couldn't name the farm anything other than Lord Voldemort.

Deiro has been processing coffee for over three years. In that time he has done countless experiments with incredible results and has managed to set the quality standards for classic coffee processing on his farm. In his microbiology courses, he discovered that certain bacteria and yeast strains can help create different coffee profiles, so he decided to reproduce his own bacteria and yeast using home-grown ferments from different fruits and vegetables. The washed process used for this batch of Pink Bourbon is a traditional fermentation that takes place in cement tanks using 24 hour fermentation in concrete tanks.

You can enjoy a clean washed coffee with citrus acidity.
