The German company Mahlkönig has been fully dedicated to milling for over 80 years. Mahlkönig mills are always at the top of quality and performance. The Mahlkönig K30 ES is a precise and durable grinder with simple grind adjustment, easy cleaning and maintenance. The grind is fine, cool and uniform, resulting in flavour preservation. It is a so-called"fresh grinder", which in principle grinds one or two portions of coffee at a time, the coffee falls directly into the lever, not into the ground coffee hopper. Thanks to this technology, every cup of coffee is absolutely fresh and fragrant. Mahlkoning is the world leader in the production of fresh grinders :) Once the lever is in place, the grinder is automatically activated. The lever holder can be adjusted for all sizes.
Another advantage of the grinder is the electronic coffee batch counter, thanks to which you can have a perfect overview of the total number of cups prepared (this number is never erased), you can also reset the counter at the end of the day and keep track of the daily coffee preparation.
Thelevel of coffee retention in the grinder has been minimised. Stable grinding stones with a large diameter (65 mm) and a low-speed motor ensure an even grind. The grinder guarantees a fast grinding speed of approx. 3.6 - 4.8 grams per second, which means you can conjure up a single serving of espresso in less than 2 seconds. The grinder is also equipped with a large hopper that can hold 1.5 kg of coffee. The front panel of the machine features a clear fineness scale - with 21 finenesses to choose from. The grinder allows you to adjust the dose of ground coffee according to time. Two programmable buttons allow you to set a classic or double dose.
