Preparation
- Insert the filter into the dripper and fold its seam as needed.
- Rinse with hot water (preheating and removing the paper flavor).
- Recommended coffee/water ratio: 1:15-1:17, water temperature 92-96 °C.
- Slowly pour the water in several steps or in a gentle spiral for even extraction.
- Experiment with the coarseness of the grind and the rate of pouring to ensure the final cup matches your preferences.
