Cocoa mass, made from premium Ecuadorian cocoa beans, serves as the basic raw material for the production of quality chocolates.
Cocoa mass is produced by grinding unroasted cocoa beans in special mills and contains approximately 50-55 % cocoa butter. It is the basic raw material for chocolate production, but can also be used for cooking, baking or direct consumption.It is a raw product, so the temperature does not exceed 42°C.
