Czech roaster of selected coffee . They started roasting in 2014 in a former Central Bohemian village forge, which they gradually rebuilt for the purpose of the roastery into its present form. Motto: "Born in the mountains, hand-picked, roasted in the forge" . They once started with the first domestically produced electric roaster, then for more than two years they roasted on a Garanti brand roaster, which marked a huge shift in quality and ranking among the leading Czech roasters of fine coffee. Thanks to this, they are able to get the best out of each selected coffee and demonstrate its qualities to the full. The aim of BeanSmith's roastery / Kofárna is to create a high -quality product roasted from fresh raw materials and to create only optimal stocks so that the selected coffee can be consumed within about a month of roasting .

A very pleasantly sweet filter with a surprisingly delicate character. Thanks to the specific processing, the typical spiciness of Ugandan coffees recedes into the background and a juiciness reminiscent of pomegranate, sweet banana and a slightly nutty finish stand out . Acidity is low to medium, sweetness medium.
