SAGE
To achieve the perfect espresso, the right combination of several key factors is required, such as: freshly ground coffee, proper tamping, the correct pressure, and a consistent water temperature. TheSage BES875 leverespresso machineoffers an innovative solution for temperature control throughout the entire extraction process. Using an electronic PID system, it monitors and maintains a constant temperature throughout extraction, ensuring stability and preserving the quality of the resulting espresso.
In addition toregulating temperature, theelectronic PID system ensures aninitial low-pressure pre-infusionfollowed by a gradual increase in pressure for the most uniform coffee extraction possible.
The grinder features a 250-gram hopper from which the coffee beans fall onto conical stainless steel burrs. Here, they are ground according to your chosen grind size, with up to 18 different options available. You can select the amount of coffee to be ground yourself.
