Baratza
TheBaratza Encore electric grinder from the American company Baratza is suitable for grinding coffee for all alternative filter coffee preparation such as aeropress, dripper, frenchpress, etc. However, it can also grind the coffee finely, as needed for espresso preparation.
The Baratza Encore is a very affordable grinder suitable for demanding households or even smaller cafes. The grinding unit consists of conical metal grinding stones (40mm), which are better than flat stones in larger grinders, which heat up the coffee more.
With a wide range (40 degrees) of adjustable coarseness levels, you can easily change the coarseness from very fine to coarse grind.
The Baratza Encore is powered by a 450 rpm motor, which is complemented by a gearbox to ensure a lower grinding noise and less coffee heating. In addition, it is designed so that if any foreign body falls into the grinder, the grinding stones will stop immediately, preventing damage to the stones or the motor.

This grinder was returned within 14 days because grinding espresso is quite a science :) For cheaper consumer coffee machines, it may be enough for "espresso" grinding, but for high quality professional or home professional lever coffee machines that require a really very fine grind and a wide range of grind settings, you need to reach for a more powerful and expensive espresso grinder. The unwritten rule applies here, as you have a good quality coffee machine, you need a good quality grinder, which also applies to the higher price. So the customer's grinder wasn't enough- functional - 10% discount :)
