If you’re wondering who’s behind the “little man with a mustache” you’ll see on every model, it’s actually a portraitof Alfonso Bialetti, whoinvented the moka pot in 1933. He simply wanted to make his products stand out—so why not with his own little figure? :-)
The lower chamberof the Bialetti Moka Induction is madeof polished stainless steel.The upper chamberis madeof food-grade aluminum. The comfortable handle is made of heat-resistant plastic. However, please first verify that your induction cooktop is compatible with pots of this bottom diameter(9.5 cm). Some induction cooktops only work with cookware that has a larger bottom diameter and will not work with cookware that has a smaller diameter.
