MILBOK Double Milk is made by removing some of the water from cow’s milk. This gives it a fuller flavor, a creamy consistency, and a more pronounced natural sweetness.
Its higher protein and fat content helps create a smooth and stable microfoam for cappuccinos, flat whites, and latte art. It’s also great in iced coffee, matcha drinks, or hot chocolate.
