3. Coconut milk 

Coconut milk is creamy and relatively thick, so it creates a quality foam with an excellent taste (if you like coconut). Some might find the typical coconut flavor distracting from enjoying the coffee itself. The advantage is the natural sweetness of coconut milk. If you normally sweeten your coffee slightly, it probably won't be necessary with coconut milk.

4. Oat Milk 

Oat milk has a very good nutritional profile, it contains no saturated fat, instead offering quality protein, fiber and a naturally sweet taste. In coffee, it tastes most like cow's milk, and you can make a really great foam from it.
