And what does the Rebelbean roastery say about the coffee?

We don't know if we've had to drink our way into liking Brazilian coffees or grow to like them, but they've slowly but surely won us over. In general though, we lean more towards the naturals, for us it's the sweetness and thicker body that works well for these coffees!

The same is the case with this lot, which is just right for those of you who like more dense, less fruity coffees, where the chocolate and nutty aromas dominate. Especially if you have some sort of home coffee machine capable of making espresso, you'll be in for a treat! Anyway, don't be ashamed to use it for a filter, just don't expect any fresh fruit juice. More like a sweet cocoa with a subtle citrus and apple acidity and a hint of hazelnut.
