Chaguite is a great event! For the second year in a row, Nordbeans Roastery has managed to auction off the coffee in the "Best of Honduras Late Harvest" auction, which is the brainchild of world champion barista Sasa Sestic from Australia and his Project Origin. This is a truly complex lot - in the aroma and in the taste you can look for raspberries, pineapple, green apple, oranges and vanilla. And when you add to that a silky sensation on the tongueyou know that this coffee is really worth it.! We tip our hats to the grower, Isidro Matute. The coffee has been rated 89.11 points and is thus the highest-rated Central American coffee in their range to date. (it was ranked 7th in the auction). They roast it on a filter and believe you will enjoy it as much as they do.
