We are incredibly excited to introduce you to naturally processed coffee from the village of Keramo. It is without a doubt one of the best Ethiopias we have ever had the opportunity to taste. The village of Keramo lies in the heart of the Sidama region. We discovered it, along with the villages of Shantawene and Bombe, during our 2018 Ethiopia tour. Since then, we have been working closely with local producers and the majority of our attention when selecting Ethiopian coffees is directed here. The wonderful character of the local coffees is mainly due to the work of the staff at the washing station. They place great emphasis on separating the coffees according to their origin, date of picking and maturity, which allows them to control the processing process much better. So you can enjoy a wonderful cup of Ethiopian coffee with a strong character of peaches, black tea and tropical fruits.
