Rum - Nougat - Mango - Caramel
Introducing coffee from Nicaragua from brothers Norlan and Uriel Chavarría, with whom we have been working since 2018. This coffee has been processed by anaerobic fermentation without air, where the cherries are left to ferment in sealed plastic bags. This process activates specific microorganisms and creates an intense flavour profile.
The coffee cherries were hand-picked at full maturity on the El Progreso farm at an altitude of 1 050 m above sea level. Light roasting brings out the long rum aftertaste. Look forward to a coffee with full body, lively fruity acidity and notes of rum, nougat and fermented mango.
