Compared to the previous Classic Plus version, the Classic EVO brings three key improvements:
- Filter holder: made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring greater durability and longevity.
- Made from CW510 brass alloy with 58% copper, which provides excellent thermal stability while maintaining strength and durability. In addition, it is protected by a stainless steel cover.
- The boiler and pump: the boiler is coated with a special anti-corrosion coating that prolongs its life without affecting performance.
- Intuitive controls with special lights for on, off (sleep), espresso and steam
- Professional steam nozzle for perfect milk foam
- Stable drip tray for safe cup placement
- Modernised design with transparent water tank for easy level control
- Magnetic valve for more efficient operation
- Traditional Gaggia Classic boiler to ensure a constant temperature throughout the brewing process
