TheNordbeans Christmas coffee bears the name of Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle every year. Together with his father, he harvests it on the family farm Finca El Salvador, located in the beautifully sloping volcanic region of Santa Ana. Mr Rodolfo senior has spent almost his entire life developing his farm. When dividing up tasks among his colleagues, he still does not deny the family's Italian roots. He is delighted that in the Czech Republic his coffee is drunk at Christmas. Because it is a very popular coffee, we have to order it well in advance. The beans are processed using the natural, customized method, usually only for Nordbeans. The more pronounced fruity taste is balanced by the darker roasting method. The flavours of dark chocolate, candied fruit and juicy tangerines stand out in the cup. The coffee therefore invites you to make espresso, mocha pot and filter coffee.
