Mathez Truffee's & CO's irresistible cocoa trufflewith salted caramel from a French family-run chocolate factory, to enjoy with coffee or just for pleasure.
Inside the melting chocolate you'll find crunchy chunks of lightly salted caramel.
The truffle is individually wrapped, so it easily fits in a backpack for a trip, a drawer in the office or just in your pocket for travel.
It is made only from high quality and sustainable ingredients.
- Cocoa is from UTZ certified farms , which identifies plantations that produce cocoa with respect to environmental sustainability.
- Palm kernel oil only from producers with RSPO (Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil) certification, which is an association of producers that support organic oil palm farming.
Ingredients:
- Vegetable fat (coconut, palm kernel), sugar, non-fat cocoa powder, whey powder, salted caramel chunks 5% (sugar, glucose syrup, fresh cream, salted butter 0.2%, non-fat dried milk, salt from the Guérande region), cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour.
Origin of cocoa beans: West Africa.
