Cocoa butter has a very mild chocolate scent and is a great helper not only in cooking and baking but also in skin care.
Cocoa butter is made by pressing crushed unroasted cocoa beans. It is resistant to high temperatures up to 200 °C. It is used in the production of chocolate to soften its taste, in the manufacture of pralines, for cooking and baking, and in cosmetics for dry and sensitive skin.
It is a raw product and therefore does not exceed a temperature of 42°C.
