What does the Dos Mundos roastery say about this coffee?
Thanks to the dryness and warm winds flowing from the Mexican plains, the Huehuetenango Mountains are protected from frost, which would mean extreme conditions for harvesting. The Los Robles farm has been owned by Eduardo Martin's family since 1940. Since the Eduardo Martin family has been growing coffee here, they have concluded that the soil, climate and alt itude are most conducive to varieties such as bourbon and caturra, which they grow here. This lot is specific in its taste, although the processing is washed, there are notes in the coffee that are close to the taste of coffees processed using the honey method. The coffee is great to enjoy on espresso, where its extraordinary sweetness shines through. It is also great in milk drinks.
