Dukamo family coffees come from the Sidama region in southern Ethiopia, where they are grown at altitudes of over 2000m. Hundreds of small farmers carefully pick coffee cherries in their gardens, which are then brought to a communal plant in the village.
The Keramo processing plant impressed us with its attention to detail and organization. Each bag of cherries is meticulously recorded, including the farmer's name and quality notes. This data is then used by the team to manage the entire processing and drying process, which is reflected in the exceptional quality of the final coffee.
Keramo coffee offers an intense aroma of flowers, especially jasmine, when hot. As it cools, sweet notes of ripe peaches come to the fore. The delicate and delicate body is complemented by flavours reminiscent of black tea, honey, vanilla and peach. The sweet and long aftertaste ensures an unforgettable experience with every cup.
