Coffee from the Testi Adorsi washing station in the Aricha area. The farmers supply a combination of indigenous Ethiopian varieties, primarily Kurume. We were intrigued by its taste of candy melon, raspberries and a freshness reminiscent of white wine (Pinot Gris).
