Thebottom container of the Bialetti Moka Induction is made of polished stainless steel. The top container is made of food grade aluminium. The comfortable handle is made of heat-resistant plastic. It is thanks to the high-quality, robust yet simple construction that Bialettes are so popular worldwide.
