It is handmade from the best garden in Kenya. A delicate sweet taste with aromas of almonds and tropical fruits with a pleasant and long aftertaste. A real gem.
Unique white tea composed only of tips with the first closed leaf. Each leaf is densely fluffed. The steamed leaves have a rather citrus and herbal aroma. The infusion itself is very mild and sweet. The tea is a real treat for any tea connoisseur.
Preparation of tea: It is up to each of you to find your own length of steeping (extraction) so that you like the taste of the tea. We recommend preparing the teas at about 5g for more infusion(6-8) in a smaller volume of 100-200ml with a shorter extraction time, where you can start for example at 20s-40s and finish within a few minutes. You can choose the water temperature for the first pour around 80C, the second 90C and the next gradually to 100C. Be careful that the tea is not bitter = over infused.
Tea can also be prepared for 1 infusion in a pot, for example 0.5 l, 5-7 g, 100C, 5-8 min. With this tea, however, this is a bit of a shame, as you miss out on the magic when the flavours gradually change and the tea blossoms.
