The profile comes first for us. On the one hand, it's very much about the full-bodied sweet flavour, but at the same time it doesn't lack fruitiness and a pleasant acidity. Imagine a pancake where each layer is spread with a different jam. Boredom is definitely not an option. The advantage of the blend lies precisely in its complexity. And that's exactly what it is!
Like our other coffees, this one is an omni roast. So you don't have to limit yourself to espresso. We drink it at our batch brew almost every morning.
