This second Brazil in our line up this year is a 180 degree turn. Well, maybe only 135, but you can judge for yourself. Anyway, compared to the previous variant from a different region of the country, you'll also see a more pronounced acidity and fruity aromatics with this one!
Sure, Brazil will never be Kenya, but that's definitely a good thing, and this coffee from our little stalwart - the Pocos de Caldas region - will excite more than one filter coffee enthusiast. For us, it's a beautiful demonstration that Brazil doesn't have to be all about the dominant flavours of caramel, nougat or dark chocolate, but has so much more to offer from the fruity spectrum of flavours too. Although there is some caramel here...
