One coffee about this coffee:

It's no secret that we love a great beer right next to our coffee! So when Chicas Industry wrote to us and said they had a double fermented Brazil that rode on fresh hop notes, we had to...buy it, strain it, bottle it, drink it, and enjoy it! And you'll be surprised, we're more than sure of that! :) The lot aptly named "HOP" or hops is Arabica of the Topazio variety, the processing is the double fermented honey method. Specifically, the coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for 36 hours after harvest, then dehulled WITHOUT the use of added water, and then fermented again for 90 hours with 100 ounces. The coffee was then dried with the pulp, without washing.

Thefollowing description is written directly by Rafael (translation by Chicas):

Since 1988 we have been growing very high quality coffees in the heart of the state of Minas Gerais, in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, and during this time we have improved our work and adopted the best practices in accordance with the principles of sustainability and respect for people and the environment. We are a family-run company and everyone who works for us is totally absorbed by coffee. All of our farms are certified by the Rainforest Alliance, the 4C (Common Code for the Coffee Community) and the Brazilian Certifica Minas, and we are also members of the BSCA (Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association). With great care and belief in innovative craftsmanship, we strive to ensure that our coffees stand out in both domestic and international markets, and we are very proud of all the awards we have already won in some of the main quality competitions in Brazil. We are confident that our product really stands out with its extremely different aromas and flavours. So, with great pride, we invite you to try and verify the quality of our coffee!
