One coffee about this coffee:
It's no secret that we like great beer right next to coffee! So when they wrote to us from Chicas Industry that they have double-fermented Brazil , which is ridden on fresh hop tones , we had to ... buy, roast, pack, drink and rejoice that you like it! And that you will be surprised, we are more than sure! :) The lot with the apt name "HOP" or hops is Arabica of the Topázio variety, the processing is a double fermented honey method . Specifically, the coffee cherries were anaerobically fermented for 36 hours after harvest, then peeled WITHOUT using added water, and further fermented again for 90 hours with 100% pulp. Then the coffee was dried with the pulp, without washing.

We have been growing high quality coffee since 1988 in the heart of Minas Gerais, in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, during which time we have improved our work and adopted best practices in line with the principles of sustainability and respect for people and the environment. We are a family business and everyone who works for us is completely absorbed in coffee. All our farms are certified by the Rainforest Alliance, 4C (Common Code for the Coffee Community) and the Brazilian Certifica Minas, and we are also members of the BSCA (Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association). With great care and faith in innovative craftsmanship, we strive to ensure that our coffees excel in both the domestic and foreign markets, and we are very proud of all the awards we have already won in some of the main quality competitions in Brazil. We are sure that our product really excels with its extremely different aromas and tastes. So we are proud to invite you to try and verify the quality of our coffee!
