The Nordbeans roastery pays constant attention to Horizon espresso. Their aim is to provide a pleasant and full-flavoured experience - both in espresso and in drinks with milk. For Horizon, they always buy coffees from fresh harvests. Coffee is a seasonal raw material and the harvesting season varies from country to country. Therefore, they rotate them in the blend depending on the season. The emphasis is on maintaining the same flavour character throughout the year. Currently, Horizon is composed of carefully selected coffees from farms in 50% of Colombia and 50 Razillas.
