Mamacoffee Nicaragua Norlan and Uriel 100g

Brothers Norlan and Uriel are the fourth generation of coffee farmers in the Chavarría family. In addition to El Progreso (10.5 ha), they also farm Linda Vista (1.5 ha). Their approach to coffee farming shows respect for tradition and a strong desire to learn new techniques and, as a result, to improve and produce high quality coffee. They were even one of the first in their region to focus on growing and processing fine coffee. They are not afraid to experiment! Again, they were among the first to try other processing processes than the typical Nicaraguan washing. They are trying all the innovations and new processes on a small scale, first on the Linda Vista farm. On a large scale, what has worked is then applied on El Progreso. We are pleased that, thanks to our support (technical and informational) and the long-term cooperation within the foreign project, there is a visible improvement not only in the quality of the coffee at each harvest.

The coffee is suitable for alternative preparations. It will get along great with AeroPress or V60.
