Sweet and fruity. And at the same time earthy, full-bodied, expressive. Coffees from Asia or Indonesia have a similar character, except for the fruitiness, which we found and appreciated in the cup. It makes Trenggiling stand out from the ranks of, let's say, faddish coffees that please but don't impress. A pleasant diversion and if someone had tried us and asked us where the coffee was from, we would probably have guessed Latin or even Africa, certainly not Indonesia. Otherwise, the selection, sourcing, supervision of coffee from A to Z has our reliable supplier spol. Sucafina, which aims not only to select quality beans, to control processing and logistics (traceability), but also to reduce the eco-footprint, to be fair to the farmers it associates and to minimize the number of partners who are imaginary standing between the farmers on one side and the roasters on the other. The blue card on the packaging indicates roasting at a lower temperature, there will be more acidity in the coffee , less bitterness.
