Coffee roasted every week

Las Cruditas, located 32 kilometers southeast of the capital Guatemala City, covers a total of more than 113 hectares, 90 hectares are devoted to coffee production and the remaining 23 hectares are devoted to forest reserves, especially chalums, and natural vegetation.

Las Crucitas has twice won the Illy Award and was featured in the "Specialty Coffee Association of America's Q-Awards Guatemala ". It is thanks to the quality of the soil microclimate of the farm: clayey and mineral content with a high potassium content and the addition of ash deposits from the Pacaya volcano, which helps to produce excellent body and taste tones of this "Strictly Hard Bean coffee".

* SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) specifies that coffee was grown at altitudes above 1350 meters. The EP (European Preparation) specifies that unroasted grains are manually sorted to remove defective pieces and foreign material.
