A unique blend of 5 varieties of Arabicas from Central and South America , complemented by a quality robusta for an espresso full of flavour, strength and quality creams.
We have blended 5 top Central American coffees with Indian Robusta to create a unique espresso blend called Pura Vida, which will be especially appreciated by classic espresso lovers. Each of these coffees is roasted separately to fully develop its desired flavour. Only then are the coffees blended.
The origin of the coffee. Robusta contains more caffeine and gives the blend the strength you demand from a quality espresso.
Flavour: The taste of this blend is full-bodied and reminiscent of nuts. It has very low acidity and the addition of Indian Robusta makes the coffee pleasantly bitter and strong. The robusta also gives the espresso a nice crema.
