The Nova washing station is located in the important area of Gicumbu at an altitude of up to 2000 m.a.s.l. Thanks to the high altitude and the ideal climate, the area is a producer of excellent natural coffees. This is one of them. The coffee shakes were brought to the washing station and then stripped of defective cherries. They were then spread out on raised beds and dried in direct sunlight with frequent turning for 30 days.
