This is a chemical-free caffeine removal process - the unroasted coffee is washed with hot water and steam to extract the caffeine, which is then filtered out. The coffee is then washed again in the original bath and thus retains all its valuable substances, characteristics and quality. This coffee has a delicate taste and can be enjoyed at any time of the day or evening.
