New natural food from Ethiopia - Ethiopia are our heartthrobs, we always love to choose them, because who wouldn't love apricots, peaches, the smell of flowering meadows or candies, right... When choosing the right Ethiopia for the season, it's also true that it's usually not the bad, better and winning ones that sit on the table, but the fine, better ones... and rocket! This year's natural is a rocket from the farm of Israel Degfa, from whom we bought a great smelling Adola last year. But it seems to us that this year's harvest is heading even higher, among the stars! Debeka is a relatively small farm, the smallest of all that Israel owns, the amount of coffee processed is limited, which makes us all the more happy that this year we didn't hesitate, acted quickly and bought a significant part of the coffee for ourselves:).
