Coffee from Cuba has unusual properties due to iron-copper soils filled with clay, which give it a unique flavor and aroma. Thanks to the tropical wet Caribbean climate, the coffee is incredibly successful. The plantations are cultivated by villagers, mostly small pieces of land. Local coffee is popular today in France and Japan, where up to 70% of total production is exported.

Coffee Origin : More than 90% of the total Cuban coffee production comes from the southeastern part of the island where the Sierra Maestra is located. Coffee is usually grown here in the hills in the hills. Unlike other coffee from the Central American region, coffee is grown in Cuba at a lower altitude of about 900 meters, making it almost zero acidity.

Coffee : Lavado boasts not only acidity but also a rich full body. The taste is pleasantly sweet and sweet. Characteristic are the distinctive tones of bitter chocolate and caramel with the reverberation of nut tones. It has a rich aroma and you can feel a slightly smoky touch.
