Coffee roasted every week

DESCRIPTION - Another coffee from our favorite Ethiopia is processed by the dry method and is named after the Uraga processing station. This harvest comes from approximately 120-150 small farmers who process their coffee here. Coffee cherries grew at an altitude of approximately 2000 to 2300 meters above sea level. Thanks to its processing, it excels with a distinctive sweet body with a taste for blackberries, a full finish with tones of cashews and chocolate mousse .

The coffee was thoroughly sorted in the processing station and, with the advantage of a smaller number of necessary manpower, processed in a natural, ie dry, method without the use of water. All the coffee waste generated by processing is taken back to the farmers to serve as fertilizer for the next harvest. The owner of Abyiot Boru is trying to contribute to local road development and create new ways to help farmers from whom he buys coffee.

Roaster Note: The beans come from wild coffee trees of the original forest varieties (commonly referred to as "heirloom") and therefore have a visibly uneven color. This is not a defect that would have a negative effect on the taste quality of coffee.
