Coffee roasted every week

This wonderfully crafted natural lot from Hambela County in the western part of the Guji area is produced by a group of 150 farmers from the village of Gute Sodu Kebele. The Dikitu processing station, according to which our coffee bears its name, is located right next door.

The farmers are run by the owner of "Buno Coffee Trader" Mr. Abiyot, who has been tuning processing processes at stations throughout the area since 2018. Among them is Dikitu, where he decided to do only the natural method of processing and therefore bought 120 African beds. Mr. Abyiot has been closely involved in the whole processing process for the last two years and is choosing farmers to work with. It tries to achieve the best possible result of drying the grain for its final taste. For this reason, he hired a manager nicknamed Bashur for quality monitoring and export. He controls the processing process and the method of storage every day. Bashura has put together a team that tries to help farmers improve the quality and quantity of their grain and thus work more closely with them. Buno pays local farmers whose coffees are part of the 1 bir (local currency) sample lots for every kilo they deliver during the season. He tries to teach them to wait for ripe cherries.

We believe that this coffee will appeal to you with its tones of peach, blueberry, pomelo and mild peppermint at the end of the taste . We like the roastery and we are happy to end the Ethiopian coffee season. When we run out of coffee, we will be looking forward to the coffee from the new harvest.
