Maria Damaris Medina and her husband, Wilson, work with 6 hectares of farmland that sits on the highest point of Pital, overlooking the town and valley that they have been gradually building over several years.

The couple come from coffee-growing families and learned the trade on their parents' sides. Their focus is on producing fine coffees. The farm is a green joy and consists of an ancient Caturra and a newly planted Pink Bourbon.

The coffee is washed, which means it is processed and fermented in the traditional way. The beans are then placed on raised beds to dry in the sun for 10-18 days.

The result is a very pleasant coffee with a full body. After drinking, the sweetness of apricots emerges and gently turns into a Nutella finish in the aftertaste. In the aroma you will discover a pleasant combination of cranberry and grapefruit.
