Read what Beansmith Roaster has to say about this coffee:

This coffee is unique in its taste contrast between acidity and sweetness. It is therefore great for true lovers of fruit flavors , which will create only fully ripe coffee fruits. After drinking, you will be pleasantly surprised by the taste of juicy tangerine, which after a while turns into a sweet litchi with the aftertaste of gingerbread.

Coffee from Luis Evelio Naranjo processed by the washed method fascinated us so much with its taste that this time we bought the whole micro, or rather nanolot!

This beautiful coffee is grown on Evelin's Finca La Espreanza. He has lived there with his family for 18 years, and for 14 years he has been involved in micro lots with selective coffee care. They pay close attention to literally every grain. During the ongoing harvest, they walk through the farm with their family and co-workers every 8 days, picking just ripe cherries. After harvesting, the fruits are sorted and in this version of the processing, the washing process begins with fermentation for 12-16 hours . After washing, the clean grain is moved to a drying tent, where the whole process of final drying takes about 8-14 days.
