We have chosen this Brazilian harvest as a "low-threshold" coffee, intended for undemanding clients and for those who would like to switch to better, more selective coffee varieties, but for some reason cannot afford a quick one-off move. This coffee will give you a path to choice coffee even if you or your existing clients are still used to a lot of roasted commodity coffees. This makes it suitable for the gastro segment where it is more challenging to adapt to the full breadth of customer taste preferences.

It is a blend of quality coffees collected from all over the famous Minas Gerais region. Therefore, the coffee cannot be called, in the true sense of the word, a selective coffee. However, its taste quality would qualify it for a selection rating. At the same time, it achieves NY2 quality, which allows only a very small number of defects. The coffee is size 17/18 - the second largest you can buy from Brazil. It is therefore a very high quality Arabica, more conservative in taste, which we roast a little more than our other coffees. However, you still won't find the taste of roasting itself in this coffee, its flavour profile is due to the region and we reduce the natural acidity a little bit with a slightly longer 'development' roast. This makes the coffee suitable for classic espresso and can also be used in home or business machines.
