Exceptional quality of ingredients: Francois Pralus likes traveling and personally chooses cocoa beans at the growers. For the production of chocolate uses only pure cocoa butter without any admixtures of vegetable fats, and cane sugar instead of beet sugar. It never uses vanilla, vanillin, or artificial aromas. All products are 100% free from genetically modified organisms.
